Executive team

For over twenty-five years, Bill has brought people and technology together to advance innovation and growth in global trade. Prior to Sedna, he spent several years in shipping as a ship agent, shipbroker, and charterer before founding software companies Navarik and Stage 3 Systems.

Leigh shapes strategic direction and oversees operational execution. Partnering with the CEO and leadership team, he focuses on business growth, operational excellence, and product expansion. Prior to Sedna, Leigh has a successful track record as an entrepreneur and has held a leadership position at The Economist Group.

Robert leads Sedna’s global financial functions. He was previously Global VP Finance at impact.com and worked at Deloitte New York. He is a registered Chartered Accountant.

Tom leads Sedna’s revenue and growth strategy, bringing over 18 years of sales expertise and a strong track record of building and coaching high-performing, customer-focused teams. Prior to Sedna, he served as VP of Sales at Hook, a B2B SaaS platform, and led EMEA expansion at Outreach. Known for his strategic sales leadership and commitment to customer experience, Tom has also held senior roles at Apptio, Xactly, and Oracle.

James is responsible for the engineering team at Sedna. With over 20+ years experience working in technology and engineering, James has experience as CTO at both Pando and Ieso Digital Health, as well as the VP of engineering at Touch Surgery. At Sedna, James has a genuine passion for solving problems, and strives to deliver stellar products for our customers.

Natasha leads the product organisation at Sedna, including product management and product design. During four years at Sedna, Natasha has worked across all Sedna’s product pillars, bringing deep product and customer knowledge to the team. Now as Director, she oversees product research, strategy, operations and go to market. Natasha has previous experience scaling product teams, joining ClearBank as employee 30, a founding member of the product team and leaving when 300+ employees.

Dominique specialises in building cohesive teams, fostering high-performance cultures and driving business transformation through people-centred leadership. Dominique has 10 years of experience in managing teams, with roles including, Head of People at Kano Computing, and Chief People Officer at Zencargo. Dominique’s wealth of experience within people teams, helps drive Sedna’s ability to motivate employees by a shared vision and empowerment of one collective goal - the transformation of maritime communications.

Cynthia is responsible for Sedna's strategic accounts. She has spent two decades defining, delivering and amplifying disruptive technology across the global commodities supply chain. She has detailed knowledge of digitalisation of trade developed during her tenure with ICE, and helped shape the digital strategy in maritime while at ICE Digital Trade / essDocs, launching the eBill of Lading, eBarge Receipt and eSDS into mainstream use.

Molly is responsible for the full scope of Sedna’s marketing organisation - including demand generation, product marketing, communications, design and the business development team. Molly specialises in crafting high performance teams and provides them with the tools for success that consistently produces a predictable and high-quality pipeline. Before joining Sedna, Molly was Manager of Sales Development at Outreach.

Jacob is a senior executive leader with over 20 years of expertise in the maritime industry, digital innovation, and organizational transformation. He has held senior executive positions at NORDEN and other top-tier maritime and technology companies. He is driving strategic growth across Europe and the Middle East with a relentless focus on sustainable value creation and global alignment for Sedna. His career spans leadership roles in global shipping, technology development, software, turnaround management, and board roles—where he has consistently led change, united teams, and delivered measurable results.

Dan is responsible for new business growth and strategic account expansion. He brings over 12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS and digital transformation. Prior to Sedna, Dan held roles at Outreach and Advanced, where he led complex sales cycles, drove large-scale technology adoption, and built customer-centric go-to-market teams. Dan is known for his coaching-first approach to leadership, developing sales teams that are deeply focused on delivering value and long-term success for customers.

May is Sedna’s VP of Customer Success, leading global client strategy and retention. With a focus on delivering measurable value to customers, she blends strategic leadership with deep client empathy. May holds degrees from Princeton and the Wallace Collection and previously held leadership roles at Convelio and Sotheby’s Institute.

Joe leads the Engineering teams at Sedna. With 15+ years of experience in management, consulting and building enterprise tech platforms, Joe is well versed in scaling high-performing Engineering teams. He founded two logistics startups using AI technologies (Boxton Inc and Shelly.ai) and held previous positions at Accenture and Qualcomm.

Victor is VP of Product and Managing Director of Sedna South Africa. Over the course of his 20-year career, he has led global design and technology innovation teams, crafting digital products that boost productivity, increase profitability, and are a joy to use. Prior to joining Sedna, he held positions with and consulted for companies including Intel, Ford, Siemens, Samsung and The Economist, among others.
