Unless a SEDNA employee is part of the Customer Success or Developer Team, they don’t have access to customer accounts. Only those roles that require access and have the correct training have this privilege to limit the number of entry points to customer accounts.

SEDNA’s databases run across two data centers with synchronous replication. With nightly backups kept for a minimum of seven days and an emergency third data center backup system, losing data isn’t something customers need to worry about.
